Using Distraction Alert

When user is getting distracted, ScreenTimerAI will show a popup alert to notify them and give user 5 seconds before they make a make a concious decision of wether to take a real break, continue with the distraction, or switch back to productive activity.

When taking a break, user can pick the duration of the break from the multiple options. During a break, ScreenTimerAI will not track any activities.
